Refunds will be processed only if:
The return request is approved as per our Return Policy
The product is received in unused and original condition
All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected
After approval, the refund will be initiated
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider
Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Refund will not be provided if:
Product is used, damaged, or not in original condition
Return request is made after the allowed period
Product fails quality inspection
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
Product returned with minor damage
Missing accessories or packaging
If an order is cancelled within the allowed time, full refund will be issued
