1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• The product is unused and unworn

• The product is in original packaging

• All tags, labels, and invoices are intact

• Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Used or worn products

• Damaged items caused by customer misuse

• Products without original packaging or tags

• Return request made after 7 days

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product, or

• A wrong item

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/video).

2. Provide order details and reason for return

5. Return Shipping

• Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer

• In case of defective or wrong product, we may cover the shipping cost

6. Inspection & Approval

• Returned products will be inspected after receiving

• If approved, further process (refund/exchange) will be initiated

• If rejected, the product may be sent back to the customer
